We are speaking with pet families and professionals to better understand the emotional, practical, and decision-making needs that arise before and after the loss of a beloved companion.
This is not a sales conversation. We are not asking you to purchase anything.
We are looking to learn from:
Pet owners who have experienced the loss of a dog or cat
Pet owners currently caring for an aging, seriously ill, or terminally ill pet
Veterinarians, vet technicians, pet hospice providers, cremation providers, and grief-support professionals
What we hope to understand:
What felt confusing, rushed, or overwhelming
What kind of support was helpful
What decisions felt difficult
What memories or keepsakes mattered most
What people later wished they had done differently
What kinds of products, services, or messages felt inappropriate or uncomfortable
Participation is completely voluntary.
