Return Policy

PAWLEVÉ is currently in early research and product development. We are not yet accepting public orders or selling final products.

Any product shown during this stage is a placeholder used only for internal Shopify setup and operational testing.

Because PAWLEVÉ is not currently selling final products to the public, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for public purchases at this stage.

If a test order is created during internal setup, it may be cancelled or refunded as part of Shopify workflow testing.

When PAWLEVÉ begins selling final products, this return policy will be updated with clear information about return eligibility, refund timing, damaged or defective items, personalized products, and customer support procedures.
